Books going abroad to countries covered by Global Priority Mail (and which
fit in the 9 x 12 inch Flat Rate envelope) can be shipped for $9.00 each.
Shipment is within 24 hours of receipt of payment, which is most quickly made
via Paypal (reachable by clicking their logo under the item's price). Books
included in the amazon.com database can also be purchased by credit card
from their site (reachable by clicking the item's
TITLE) -- usually at a slightly higher price. If the title isn't
clickable, I don't have any way of taking credit cards; so unless you have
a Paypal account, we're back to check or money order. To use those, email
me, and I'll put the item on hold till your payment gets here.
